JULIE ZAUZMER

Washington Post local news reporter Julie Zauzmer is on the beat in the DMV (D.C., Maryland, Virginia). The 24-year-old Philadelphia-area native has been at the Post for nearly two years. Her prior journalism experience includes a four-month reporting stint in 2013 at the Philadelphia Inquirer and as the managing editor of The Harvard Crimson from January to December 2012.

Justin Worland is a Washington D.C.-based senior correspondent for TIME covering climate change and the intersection of policy, politics and society. He is also the 2019 winner of the SEAL Environmental Journalism Award.

LISA KRANTZ

Lisa Krantz is a staff photographer at the San Antonio Express-News in San Antonio, Texas. Her work has been recognized by World Press Photo and Pictures of the Year International (POYi) including the Community Awareness Award and third place Newspaper Photographer of the Year (2010 & 2015). She was part of the Express-News team named as a Pulitzer Prize Finalist in Feature Photography in 2015 and has received the ASNE Community Service Photojournalism Award and the Scripps Howard Foundation National Journalism Award for Photojournalism twice.
